One of the most important tasks new Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has on his hands is trying to ensure that he brings out the best out of two of his key attacking players in Timo Werner and Kai Havertz. The two German superstars have not impressed at Stamford Bridge since moving to England from the German Bundesliga in the summer and there have been talks over fears whether they would continue to be used under the new manager or whether they stand the risk of getting sold or dropped to the bench.
While Havertz was signed from Bayer Leverkusen, his compatriot and fellow attacker Timo Werner was brought in from RB Leipzig. Both players were signed by former manager Frank Lampard to come and spice up the Blues attack following the tremendous season both of them had in their last campaign before swapping the Bundesliga for the Premier League.
